Yea, I've read the process. But I haven't finish it. My thoughts are a total mess so I can't focus on it..and I've tried to go out with friends to raise my vibration and I tried with the affirmations but it only stays for a while. And I don't know how to train my thoughts. I just let the bad feelings flow away itself, but it keeps on getting in my mind. I feels that I am scared and rushing it again. Like I suddenly can't feel him of send him love or visualise him. I just can't feel him and I don't know what happened. It scares me... I will thinks that what if it's a side effect of the NC. That lets my feelings fade away or anything? I feel so freaking scared right now..

It's OK to be where you are.  Make peace with the fact that you feel bad and that things can get better.  There's nothing to be scared of.  Instead of focussing on that,  try to focus on the moment NOW.  Because you can change that. Lots of people have given you lots of advice and processes and you aren't trying any of it. You can't jump from scared/upset to suddenly trying to throw love towards your guy in visualisations to make him come back. It won't ever work that way. You first need to try to do some of the things that give you a sense of peace, and work at building your self love, and SELF WORTH. Being scared about a person rejecting you means that you have a very low opinion of yourself. You must work on that. Use the processes I sent you. Because until you can feel genuinely good about yourself, your energy will not be able to attract others that feel good about you. It's that simple.

You CAN FOCUS IN IT. You're just choosing to tell a story that you can't. And that's fine. But make peace with where you are and be glad that you know why you are bringing all theses unwanted experiences upon yourself. You definitely can control your thoughts. You're no different to anybody else. It's just a choice you make. Or not. You need to learn to live happily in your own company, and not NEED or be SCARED about what someone else is doing. And again, you do that by working your way through the processes and discovering some self-worth.

Believe it in your heart..
Feel it in your soul..
You will hold it in your hand πŸ’žΒ

I did all of them. Soften my thoughts, have some time for my own and so on..but right now, I feels like texting him and tell him I miss him..I'm scared of crying too. Because I know I'll attract the bad if I cry..

My dear @Hisoneandonly, if you must cry and feel badly about things, then do so until you feel better. I know how this feels exactly. BUT ALSO KNOW that things will get better and better as days pass by, and when it gets better and better, you can focus on raising your vibrations and positive visualization.Β 

Check out Veronica's videos on YouTube. She covers all the topics that you need to know to bring yourself to a point of attracting your love back to you. Ignore the reality and don't think about the when and how. Just focus on the goal.

When I wanted to meet my love again after almost two months of no contact and 7 months of not seeing each other, I had to muster enough faith and courage to do so through positive visualization. We were in different continents at that time (last month) but because I focused on visualizing us meeting (first I was specific about the where and the when and eventually let go of the when and where), the universe arranged the circumstances around us so we could meet.

I took a 22-hour flight to SF. but we were still 6 hours apart by air travel because he lives in the Midwest and I was in the West Coast. I also had a limited stay in the U.S. so that was another challenge. But I played the vision of us meeting in my mind over and over again. What happened was magic. He flew to LA for business and that put us on the same timezone, with flight time reduced to 45 minutes. The universe also made sure we'd meet again exactly a year since we first met. Instead of taking a flight, I drove to LA from SF. Along the way I met amazing people. I also got the hotel I wanted to stay in for 60% off the regular price because of my rewards credit.Β 

The meeting was exactly as I imagined it to be: full of love, full of desire, us together again.Β 

So please focus on the goal and don't worry about the whys and the hows. Relax and allow things to happen.Β 

I agree with @Cherished that you shouldn't even share any negative things that you experience because at this point, they don't matter.Β

There's nothing to be scared of.  Nothing at all.  I don't suggest you message him now.  Your power lies in your vibration.  You can send all the messages in the world and he might ignore you,  OR you can really try to working your vibration which will eventually bring him right back to you.

It's a matter of being ok with where you are,  and knowing that things can totally get back on track.  You can have the relationship of your dreams with this man!!  But you'll need to do it vibrationally first,  and believe in that for a little while until the outer reality that you see changes it's form!

Do you ever try to meditate? Just breathing deeply helps me a lot. And yoga. And exercise. Perhaps a new exercise routine? Fill your day up with segments. Do you do segment intending? It's where you break the day into segments-

Breakfast
Class
Lunch
Gym
Shopping
Evening
And then you set intentions for each segment. You can have loads of fun with this.. Like today I'm going to eat my lunch in the park, adore the warmth of the sun on my back, share my sandwich with the birds, and listen to them! And then I will smile at every person I see. I'll watch the lovely clouds and meditate as they drift for 10 mins.. And I'll find a beautiful wildflower!

Stuff like that! Intend that each segment will be great, and ask yourself how does it get any better than this?!?!

I once asked a girl what she had intended for each segment. She said
Breakfast- my guy calls
Lunch- my guy drives past my house
Evening- we are back together.

PLEASE don't do that, that's a total fail! 😜 Focus on YOU and YOUR DAY bringing you lovely things that DO NOT include your guy. The reason is twofold- you will take your mind OFF him as you begin to delight in how wonderfully your segments are unfolding.. And you will only introduce resistance and a lower vibration if you factor conditions related to your guy into your day.

Try it, you might enjoy it!

Hi vera, I really hope that I can hug you right now! :* Thankyou so much. Yes, I let myself cry a bit this morning, then I feel neutral, I don't feel happy or sad. When bad thoughts come, I just let it in. I accept but I don't want it to happen. Can I read your story? It might inspire me! Can I know what did you do in the first place to get him back? Did NC let you guys grow further or make your feelings for him fade? What would you do to ignore bad thoughts and replace with your desire?

Thankyou cherished for always being there I'm so thankful. I'm grateful that things happen between me and him so I can know you and learn more about this. If it didn't happen, I wouldn't know you at all or we won't even talk like this I appreciate everything that happens even it's bad. No matter how bad things are , there's always things to be appreciate at.  You're one of it cherished! Thankyou so much. You're gonna be the first that I'll tell to when we got back tgt or any good news about us. Well, I think feeling neutral for today is so much better than feeling bad for the whole day right? I would still have bad thoughts, but it's okay, I'll accept them I hope accepting means I'm not letting them happen right?

Right! Accepting things as they are puts you in a neutral state..  In fact, a "zero state" where there is no resistance is great for manifesting! Now use your little bits of relief as a sign that already you are manifesting better thoughts. It's really good news!

Yes,  of course it will!  Just keep reaching for those kinds of thoughts.  Empower yourself. Hold a nice thought for just 16 seconds, without contradicting it and LOA will match it with another thought the same! Anyone can think something good for 16 seconds! 😘
