    Scared of manifesting something I don't want.. :S

    SO frightened I accidentally keep thinking of family dying. And It is causing me to have to take sleeping pills before bed because I am so frightened that I will cause it... I need help. I am scared..

    This is a good and interesting topic.

    My mom has a habit or hobby of identifying places that would be good places to go to if she were homeless.  I've asked and warned her time and time again to stop that before she causes it to manifest.
