I didn't watch the video, but just reading the title I think it's nonsense. You have to lose more than your pride. Contacting can be a huge setback, if it doesn't go like you want it to go. Months ago, I texted the guy I wanted to attract back then. I didn't expect a response and nearly forget about it, because my life got busy. After a week, I got a response. I was pretty surprised, but even though I didn't care, if he responded or not, the moment he did I got attached again. It took me a month to get back to where I was before.
Pride can't keep you from manifesting, because nothing is more powerful than the Law of Attraction. Your vibration must play out, you can't keep it back. It's like water, it always finds a way.
