Put your attention elsewhere - put it where you prefer.

Would you sit through a movie or show on tv you hated?

Do you eat things you don't like?

Do you wear clothes you don't like?

When I think of her I feel lacking sometimes. I also think of what I wrote on my first post. Is there like an affirmation for ignoring reality? Those work pretty well with me

Again - you can say affirmations all day until the cows come home but unless and until you believe what you're telling yourself - they're just empty, meaningless words.

How do you believe what you're saying?

Make it about YOU and centered about YOU and not this other person.

In the meantime, ask yourself why you feel lack when thinking about this person?

Is the lack you feel really about them and this situation???? Or are there other things going on with YOU that you're projecting onto this situation?

Is thinking about this perain and perceiving and feeling and experiencing lack through this person and situation just a mask for underlying things within yourself?

Go through all that first - get to know YOU because YOU are amazing.

When you KNOW that and BELIEVE that - try affirmations about your specific person.

Alright. I wish I could meditate for a nice hour on it like this morning. I'm at work for another 4 hours. Would the universe be able to help me align?

Trying to solve everything at once, especially when at work, it's tough.

Been there before!

Try and relax and let go and enjoy what's going on right now - no matter how small it is - just try and be present in this now moment and try and find some gratitude in this now moment - it will help relax you and it will make you feel a bit better and get you through until you have total time to yourself to meditate the way you prefer.



Google things you like or try stumbleupon - that's always a good fun distraction for me

At least I like my job and I'm really thankful for everyone I work with. I'm a very liked person and I'm good at making people laugh. I guess I just needed to take a step back and just keep telling myself that reality is a lie and my imagination is the only thing that matters. I thought about her with love and smiled at the fact she is my love. I even imagined getting excited to go home and cuddle with her
