Manifesting a specific person who isn't an ex?
Can I manifest someone who isn't an ex? I just want to know so I do not have any doubts. Also, what if this is someone I am casually seeing? I am struggling because I think he thinks I am clingy and does not want a relationship with me? I want to stop doubting and start manifesting and being positive

There is nothing in that universe you cannot be, do or have.
Thinking about what other people think is never a good idea, because you are mostly wrong anyway, but by thinking he thinks that way you are in the process of creating it. So you better stop doing that.
