Scripting

Hey everyone! First, congrats to all these success stories! You give me hope for my own story, and I'm very happy for you!

Second, is anyone doing any scripting exercises? I've been visualizing and manifesting steadily for months, but scripting feels so much more real to me, so it helps a lot as an additional exercise. I've got into the habit of writing a half-page or more in a journal each night before bed, after which I do some RS or visualizing and drift off very much in love with her.

A few times now, it's resulted in really vivid dreams of her. Then, the next morning, I wake up super excited and eager, and can't wait to hear from her. It's been a wonderful boost to my mental state and has actually made me a better person to be around at work. I feel it's definitely helping speed things up for manifestation.

What about you guys? Has anyone performed this technique? If so, what was your experience? I'm very green at this and would love some other input.

Re: Scripting

I have found scripting very powerful, when I started doing it, things would happen as I said it would.  Quite amazing really.  I think it really helps as you say with going to bed in a positive state of mind and this can influence your dreams.  I love it.

Re: Scripting

I script multiple times throughout the day, it's something that I genuinely enjoy doing. I've not seen too many results in the physical yet though so that's been dragging me down amongst other things but I've had people quote lines from what I've written in my notepads to me, so that's something!

Re: Scripting

Just wanted to add that I was looking for a movie to watch tonight and I found this one just after reading the posts here.  It sounds a fun watch!  Here is the description, the film is called 'ruby sparks'

Calvin is a genius novelist who begins to type a new novel on his manual typewriter about Ruby, his dream girl. He can't believe his eyes, because the next day, Ruby becomes a real person, and they begin to have a beautiful relationship together. If the relationship isn't perfect, all Calvin has to do is simply type the words on the page and Ruby's actions change to what he needs.

Thanks for sharing. I was just thinking about what movie to watch today.

Re: Scripting

I was watching one of Veronica's videos this morning and she mentioned something like this, it's nice to have a name for it. That's my night sorted.

Re: Scripting

Wow, I love this outpouring of support, you guys! You're the best.

Those of you who do script, what are they like? What do you discuss? I'm treating mine like a journal entry: Today she called and we talked for hours; today we discussed our next dinner date; etc.

As a side note, the film Ruby Sparks is very good, but has a very dark undertone. Be careful with it, everyone.

I used to keep a daily journal talking about how he and I spent our day but I found it hard to keep that up when I wasn't feeling aligned. Lately, I've been writing about how perfect our relationship is and what I desire from it in the present tense. I've also written similar stories about what we'd do during the day but in the present tense instead. I've also written stuff I love about him, added some minor traits I want to see in him when we are together in person and stuff about myself. It's worked wonders for calming me down.

Re: Scripting

Just thought I'd share here, the movie "Yes Man" is a great way to lift a low mood, so funny.
