Dating someone else to get your ex back
I read on the secret success story someone got their ex back by dating someone else. Has anyone else had experience with this and do you recommend it?

I do recommend dating others, but not specifically for getting your ex back. You date because:
1. You're worthy of love
2. You're full of love
3. Focusing on someone else may in fact bring your ex back due to little to no resistance
I have dated and someone from my past (not my specific person), but regardless someone I had feelings for, came back. I was ecstatic - beyond thrilled. But you know what? I brought resistance into it annddd it didn't formulate in to anything. BUT - since I was so focused on the new guy, I completely let go and forgot about my original guy.
I saw the original guy this weekend. After not seeing, hearing, etc. for 2 years, I ran into him. We made eye contact, but never communicated.
