Hello.
I am kind of confused.
Veronica says in one of her videos that we should visualise our goal as much time as possible.
But I read that visualising so much and oft shows Lack.
So is it better to visualise a lot,or is It better to visualise in the morning and Evening for 10 minutes?

I only do it when it feels good and I can feel as if it's already mine without any doubt or worry. If you have doubt or worry then you're going to start thinking about "what is" in your subconscious which will attract feelings of lack. We all know that's the exact opposite of what we want. Just try to focus on being happy with yourself and do it when it feels good. With enough practice and determination you'll be able to always do it because you'll always feel good

It's not really about how much you do it. It's more how much you do against it.You can visualise something once without resistance and it will come that very day. If you visualise to make something happen, you are very aware of the fact that it hasn't happened yet and so it won't serve you, even if you do it all day every day. In my opinion, it's better to reduce the resistant thoughts than to increase the visualisation time. If you do it, because it's fun, great, do it as much as you like.

I do it all of the time. I just picture that I already have my desires.
