I think I messed up badly

Dear all,
I've been trying to reattract my ex for about 6 weeks now.
We broke up 1.5 year ago and never seen each other after that, she didn't absolutely want to.
I improved a lot both physically and mentally in this period.

Last night I was in a good mood and I tried to do 1 inspired action to facilitate the manifestation.
I went to a a club, she likes the club and I was pretty confident to see her.
The club was pretty empty and she was there. I notice her and look at her for 2-3 seconds, we were both shocked but she was more because she didn't expect to see me. I wave my hand friendly. As soon as she notices me she runs away out of the club.
I don't follow her and I drink my drink, after about 1 hour I leave and I see her near the door.

So I go out, smoke a cigarette and go back inside, to the bathroom. Guess what? She's in the bathroom in front of the mirror.
She looks at me from head to toe, I stop, look at her, don't say anything. She enters the bathroom to join her friend and hide from me.

I wait outside and they pass in front of me, giggling definitely about me. But I don't care about her friend's opinion.

I buy another drink and I look for her, I try 2 or 3 times to reach out to her and communicate, but every single time she runs away or hide behind her friend. I don't do anything stupid or too fast, I kindly try to talk to her. I wasn't drunk or anything.

At some point I just leave. I was pretty disappointed and I didn't sleep at all during the night. I felt sick.

What do you guys think about the situation? I need a non-invested opinion.

Is it time to give up?

I wish somebody could give me a reason to carry on because I feel really not motivated at the moment.

It was good to see her though, and the bright side is that she got to see the new me as well, totally different than 1 year ago.

Thanks
Joe

Re: I think I messed up badly

You can still get her back if that is what you want. I would focus on trying to use rs to get her back imagine her forgiving you and send love her way. Inspired action is tricky because you have to be ok no matter what happens. If not then you are too focused on the outcome and you worry about it not going the way you planned. You have to imagine having her now. And be grateful for everything you have right now. Imagine she is already yours right now and let go. Live in that feeling. Don't worry because you know without a doubt that she is yours! Focus on you. Do things that make you feel so good. Watch how quickly things fall into place when you put that attention back on yourself and your happinessπŸ˜†

Do you have any good resource for me on RS?

I've messed up a hundred times and each time he comes back. You have unlimited chances.

Love that.

You have always three choices in a situation. You can judge it with your default programming. That's what you are doing right now and that's the way you create more of what you already have. The second possibility is the hardest one and probably not realizable for you yet, but if you are able to ignore a situation you don't like completely and never think about it again, you can use the time to create something you like instead. The third possibility is the one I would recommend here. It's to look at the situation differently, find positive aspects of it and focus on that. It's interesting. I often read stories in which people are saying "I messed up" or "that is a problem", but I see it completely differently, but that's always easier for the stories of others. So I will tell you what I see here. She looked at you, so she was interested in your change. She ran away from you. You wouldn't run away from someone you don't care about, right? The story that I would tell myself here is that she was pretty confused to see you, that she couldn't handle to talk to you, because she don't know how she feels about you. That encounter brought you back to her mind. It's a pretty good start, but you shouldn't focus too much on What Is. What do you want? Focus on that. You don't even have to do any actions. She will come to you.

Man you won't believe it. We got to the same conclusions. After taking a nap today I started analyzing the situation rationally and, obviously, it doesn't look bad at all. As you said, you don't run away from someone you don't care about. As bad as it seemed it was a strong reaction, and that's all I was looking for. Obviously she wasn't indifferent.

I saw her talking to a guy, it was so clear that she did that to try make me jealous or protect herself. Her friend also was trying to protect her from me. I didn't react and act as a gentleman as much as possible.

She behaved bitchy just to kind of test my strength or protect herself.

She's confused because she's realizing I'm a different and better person. I want to keep her in that confusion. I'll sit back and wait. She's on her way back already.

I appreciate your response SO much. Thank you.

That's great that you are feeling better. But don't stay in reality mode. Now that you feel better about the situation, get back to a clear focus on what you want.

Re: I think I messed up badly

I feel that we will have a success story hereΒ
It's so stupid that we always do concentrate on something that we see as bad.Β
Make your focus and stop analyse.Β
