​Whenever I do remote seduction and visualisation I obviously imagine it happening but do I have to do actions as well. For example if I imagine touching him do I have to move my hands as if I was touching him, if I imagine hugging, should I be hugging the air as if he was really there. If I imagine kissing him, am I supposed to move my mouth in the kissing motion or is it ok to just visualise it. Also sometimes I can smell his scent when he's not there and hasn't even been there but I can smell his cologne ,, what does this mean?
