We work together
I'm doing amazing work with my thoughts but we work together. How do I approach this? Should I try to attract her another job because this is the only stumbling block ita hard to see her on such a regular basis

I'm a manager at a restaurant and she works there too. It's painful to see her so much and how should I got about limited to no contact

Do you feel as if you should get a new job? If you do then you should. If I was in that situation I'd just focus on my job as well as I could and try and see her as another co-worker until I was in a place to manifest a relationship and then go about the usual LOA routines and class her as my girlfriend. That's just me though, my point is do what feels right to you.
