I suggest everyone to enter in theta state before visualizing, it feels more powerful and intense.
I've been practicing this for the last 3 days and it feels really good.

I found a video about a cool Indian guy, actually the way to enter that state it's pretty easy and, everytime I do it before sleeping I enter into a deep sleep and I sleep extremely well for the night.

Anyway I did a great visualization today and I want to share it with you because it was really intense.

I was sitting on my chouch with my daughter by my side and my wife (of course my ex at the moment) was doing something in the kitchen not far from us. My daughter was complaining about a random guy who broke up with her and asking me suggestions. I heard my wife teasing me and saying to her "you asked to the right person ahah".

My daughter then became even more curious and, as we talk, I told her "You know, back in the days mom didn't talk to me for almost 2 years." My daughter replies "Really? Why?".
I say: "Mom had her reasons and I made some mistakes. But I never stopped loving her, I always believed that she would come back and, one day, she did." I then start crying in my visualization, and in my real life, I was really grateful. Mom joins us, she says something to our daughter and takes her to bed.
While going to the bedroom my daughter says: "Don't worry daddy, I'll never stop talking to you.."

Then I go on the balcony and light a cigarette, my wife joins me, we smoke together and we talk about what happened, the past we completely overcame, and about how much we now love each other.

It was so good.
