    Can someone who got their <3 back wen they seemed happily with another

    ..please give me a little step by step sorta guide?

    sorry if this is asking too much..I am just finding it difficult still to not feel hurt/sad when I see evidence of their relationship pop up, and then I feel like I'm delaying any progress I have made. Frustrating!

    It's just a very specific kind of situation I guess. I know it's all about how I approach it it's just hard to get past it all seeming harder when they are with someone else (And it's not a rebound)

Plus, all the time you're worrying and focusing on their new relationship, you're adding energy to it and you're also slowing down your manifestation. You need to STOP worrying, focusing and thinking about their new relationship. It doesn't matter if it's rebound or not.

    ​What is important to focus on what you want. You want your ex back. How would you be feeling if you were in the relationship that you desire? You'd be happy, joyful, grateful and filled with love. You wouldn't focus on the other person. So only focus on the relationship you desire.

    Thanks jensherratt, I haven't looked on either's social media for ages but tonight I made that mistake - really stupid I know! I keep hopeful I'll see evidence that things are changing in my favour and I know that's completely NOT what I am meant to be doing agh!

    I so want it all to totally click into place, it;s like I feel I'm close but I'm still getting to where I want to be with it all. I so want to be wise and know that I *got* this. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm still struggling to ignore current reality. It's all I've ever know to do I suppose so it's like I have to learn a completely new way of thinking. I HAVE had some success with implementing LOA before so I know things are possible. I wish I didn't care for him so much still I feel it'd be so much easier then.

    ​If you need help, just watch anything of Veronica Isles' videos, they helped me ALOT and I know it can be hard to ignore current reality but that's where scripting and visualizing can help.

    I started keeping a daily journal, sort of like the diaries I'd keep as a teenager but I add my love into the days events as if they had happened, it's helped me a lot since it's stuff we'll be doing together anyway.

    I'm giving that a go thanks StaceyLou! Also yep back watching Veronicas vds as well as many others good idea jensherratt. It's funny as I've had luck with LOA on another guy in the past so I know it can work I just don;t know if Hi is somehow less receptive or something...but I don't see why he would be. I remember he said he doesn't dream (Or as I gather just doesnt remember his dreams!) Hmm anyways I'll keep going..!
