I think the most important is to know what you want first. Take the time to really look at each area of your life. Money, love, work, etc.

You create your future. Psychics don't. ;)

I agree with Sunny. You will keep attracting negative things into your life if you are not feeling positive. I know it is hard at first but start small on appreciating the things that most people take for granted. Like the ability to walk. I work in the medical field. I see a lot of things. People wish they had appreciated the little things in life before...you are alive, you can see to type this, and you can read these words. Start small. Meditate and try to clear your mind. That is what usually helps me figure out what it is that I want.
