Things like this do happen. What I do.. I change the way I think. Because at some point in my day to day living, negative thought keep crawling in my mind. I just think of my desire and everything else around my thoughts disappears.
Don't fret. It will only get worse. Just smile and say "this is what I thought a while ago/yesterday/last week, etc." Then change your thoughts.

Thank you, I'm trying to not think about that and when it comes to my mind I said some afirmations to keep away Β this person but when I see his name makes me feel bad, like bad sincronisms.Β
I will try to think in what I want and what I'm grateful for, and only that, today I feel better, yesterday I was scared because I want this to stop and want this person to disappear.
