I'm really grateful to have daily access to the internet and YouTube, there is so much information to be found & always something new to read/watch! I've been subscribed for a while but I haven't seen any of his videos for a while, until this popped up in my suggestion box. I'm not really a fan of hearing my own voice back on a recording but something about this video feels right. I'm going to attempt this today if I have the house to myself. I have no shame about talking to myself. it's just a little inconvenient sometimes when you're repeating affirmations or whatever and someone pops in and asks who you're talking to, haha!
