Loa books for looking younger

Hi everyone,
I'm really interested in the possibility of using loa to become and remain biologically at the age I most identify with. I was reading about it on another forum's sub-group (which is dedicated to changing physical appearence) and I found the idea really interesting. On one thread a person said that they began picturing themselves at the age they want to be and then after doing the visualizing (for 10 minutes or so) taking it into their everyday lives, too, so that they were continually feeling themselves to be that age. She said that after about three months people started commenting on how much younger she looked, and her family even questioned her about it. SHe also said that her face and body definitely began changing.

So I was wondering if any of you know of any LOA books on the subject of remaining youthful.
Thanks!

No specific books per se, but there are lots of Abraham segments on YouTube etc addressing the subject, be sure to check those out 😊

The secret method for growing younger is about affirmations and visualisations to look younger, if i remember rightly.
The author also practises  the five tibetan rites which are specific  anti aging postures similar to Yoga from a book by Peter Kelder  - The ancient secret of the fountain of youth.

I have been doing the five tibetan rites ( from the Peter Kelder book)  for two years now,  and  I have noticed a big diffrerence in the way  I look, for the better

Yup, basically a set of 5 yoga exercises. They are specific chakra-spinning/clearing exercises. The article briefs you of the why and how!

Thanks that sounds interesting. I'll check that and the Ellen Wood Book out! A friend also recommended Ellen Wood's website: http://howtogrowyounger.com/
