I'm trying to work on me, to be possitive and think more in myself, but somethimes I feel some anxiety and it's hard to control it, can you give me some advices?ย

I started practising the book 'the magic' and also started reading 'the power'
Also I listen to lot.of abraham hicks videos on YouTube about keeping faith...that helps me a lot...also be proud of urself to have come this far..tell urself positive affirmations like 'i know I have got this'

The reason for your anxiety lies always in your thoughts. So what thoughts are you thinking that cause that anxiety? Try to find them and soothe them by finding thoughts that feel better. Your old thoughts may feel more true to you, but that's just because you have practiced them for a while or at least that kind of thinking. If you can manage to think new thoughts, you won't feel any anxiety anymore and your reality will shift. It's a process. Be nice to yourself and don't stress about it. When you move up the emotional scale, you will see that it gets very hard to even access that kind of feelings. When I started my journey and even before my breakup my emotional setpoint was somewhere between insecurity and worry. It took me a year to move up to happiness, but it was so worth it. Happiness is that what feels normal for me now and I don't accept any feeling that feels worse than that. Everytime it happens, I work my way up until I feel "normal" again. It always works.

It will take time...and trust me its own sweet time. Dont rush....when u are anxious just try to go for a walk, listen to some good music, cook, run, watch funny youtube videos or just CRY....I used to cry a lot....trust me, it will be less with time and slowly your confidence will built in. Yes, do watch AB videos they are very motivating and encouraging!! It will give u a feeling that there are many like you struggling. So you arnt alone, we are all there doing the same thing with you Cheers!!!

I would meditate and exercise. I feel really good after exercising and during the workout one is not thinking too much because one is concentrating on the physical activities.

Sanshi:ย Thank you for your advice, actually, I know what causes me the anxiety, it's for my special girl, the resistance and contrast makes me feel bad, I was good, but lately something happend that makes me feel anxiety again and also I feal headache for the anxiety ย

There is something that happend to me, when I do meditation and visualization I feel really really good, in peace, happy, and my visualizations makes me feel like I'm with her, the mornings are goods too, but in the afternoon, I feel this anxiety, maybe because I know that she (my love) works on the morning but in the afternoon I don't know what is she doing and I really really want to talk to her....
