I struggle with the same. I also find remembering where the insecurity comes ffrom to be helpful. I realize a lot of things i ' falsely' believel about myself are really things that were programmed in my head when little.Β
It's a constant battle but I have had success by reminding myself it's not the truth, it's just memories of the past nothing more.Β
hope it helps

It's something that will be there forever to deal with.. And it's good that we have reminders to re-focus!
So instead of us all referring to our fears and insecurities as a constant battle, why don't we try to embrace the process? Those fears are a natural part of us. As they come up, acknowledge them, and then reframe it immediately. You've always got a choice to choose your next thought. We do it unconsciously. But when we CONSCIOUSLY become aware of fears, through our body "feeling" it, we have a wonderful opportunity to slow that down, soothe ourselves and reach for a better- feeling thought. I do focus wheels for this. Let me demonstrate in case others don't know how.. There's an app for this if you don't like drawing.
My fear might be.. "I'll never be happy with my weight." That's a crappy thought. It feels bad.. I'm hyperventilating..
I draw a circle with 12 spaces. And a smaller circle in the middle. The middle is my goal. "Im happy in my ideal weight!" That's a big jump. I don't feel it. I need to start with a soothing thought.
So I try to reach for a thought to relieve that...... And I write it in the first space.. "I'm a supermodel!"
Nope. That just makes me angry and miserable at the same time. Bad thought. Try again..
"I have the tools and resources to reach my ideal weight." Ahhhhh. Relief. Go again!
"I am learning that my thoughts create things." Yup. That feels good. Go again.
"I'll be in a bikini by summer!" YIKES! No I won't, I'm hyperventilating again! Bad thought, try again..
"I have already come a long way, I'm proud of that!" Yes. Good thought. Keep going..
You do this until you have 12 thoughts that progressively make you feel more empowered. You gain momentum as you make your way around the "wheel" or 12 thoughts. In the centre of your wheel is the goal. Your thoughts should lead you to that goal. As you spend a few minutes fleshing out your crappy thought/fear, you actually lift the energy around it, and raise your vibration. It's really neat. I encourage you all to try it. As you get better at it, you simply do it in your mind. Automatically. And that's when you become good at manifesting stuff! π
