Just thought I'd share this, it's a useful little tip. I talk to myself quite often, I think outloud and I've always given myself pep talks if I was struggling. Maybe I'm a little weird but that's all good, this stuff works if you're not embarrassed by the concept.Β

I'm glad I'm not the only one, but I often find I really enjoy speaking out loud my insights and putting into words my understanding about LoA or whatever I'm learning, especially putting what I'm reading/processing into my own words.Β e.g I am reading a lot of Nevilles works and I just enjoy speaking out loud my understanding of what he's saying sometimes and using words that I enjoy/prefer.Β Also, it can be good to read out your scripting re: your person, saying it in the present tense and adding your feeling to it, and doing this out loud can be pretty powerful as are any positive affirmations.
