Sorry if this has been asked before, I've just been talking to someone online who told me scripting should be done in the present tense, so is writing an event in the past tense bad? Scripting isn't really an area I'm overly familiar with. I'm familiar with Neville Goddard's revision technique, an old therapist didn't really mention it by name but she told me to write down memories that were haunting me and give them a happier ending, is Β this more effective than scripting? Again, sorry if this has been asked before, I told myself I'm going to dedicate 100% of my energy to LOA stuff in all aspects of my life and the need to do everything "right" has got me frazzled. I've always had the need to do everything "right" in my life, sometimes this is a blessing, others it's a curse.Β

Hi, Yes as far as I know, you need to script in the "present tense".....do not write "I want" you need to script it as if you already have it thats like "I AM"...start scripting the ideal life you look forward to in the present tense. Wish u luck.Β

On a piece of paper I usually wrote the event as it is happening live so it helps me visualize.Β
And on another piece of paper I wrote the same thing in past tense
Don't know if it is the right method though Β

βYou can write in the present tense and you write it in the past tense.
βIf you're going to write it in the past tense, use a future date. Veronica has a video about scripting and she says write down a date in the future and write down all the things you'd like to happen as if they already have happened.
So you'd write something Monday 17th October 2016
βI am so happy and grateful for the day I've had today, myself and ..... went out to a park where we sat and talked about our feelings. He put his arm round me, loked deep into my eyes and smiled right before kissing me passionately. He told me loves me and wants to spend the rest of his life with me.
You can write whatever you want to happen but write it as if it already has.
βIf you're writing in the present tense you could write something like
βSo happy and grateful now that me and .... are together. We're at the park and he's got his arm round me. He's looking deep into my eyes. We're now passionately kissing.
βWhatever way you chose to script, imagine it in your mind. Visualization with open eyes is just as powerful as visualizing with your eyes closed.
βI use both these methods and they are really effective
Hope this helps

Yes, that's it, just remember to include your feeling and how happy you feel
