Visualizing with eyes OPEN
Has anyone on here ever tried visualizing with their eyes open? I personally think this is a good technique 
I just wondered if anyone else has ever done it

I can kind of do it, usually if I have music on, especially love songs I can picture myself looking at still images of myself and my love. It's something I'm working on, I'd like to be able to picture things with my eyes open as if it was happening. You've got to start somewhere though.

I find visualizing with my eyes open is easier than my eyes closed since I fall asleep so easy with my eyes closed. :')

I do this all the time. For me is much better than visualization when eyes are closed
