Hello,
I'm in need of a little advice with my current situation. I'll try keep it as short and sweet as possible because I don't really want to dwell and reflect, I have a problem with this.
I'm trying to manifest someone back into my life who I never really dated in person, we met online, we got on so well and each time we got to the point of meeting my paranoid thought process pushed him away. I've attracted him back once before, of course the thoughts came back and he left again.
I feel strongly for this man, more so than I have ever felt towards anybody I've actually dated offline.
I visualise daily, I use affirmations and I genuinely act as if he's around. I made a point of sleeping one side of my bed, I cleared clutter from my room so he'd have space for things, stuff like that.
I've used the law of attraction many times, for good and unintentionally bad. I live with bipolar disorder and a few other less than ideal disorders, on bad days my thought process can be absolutely toxic and I'm sabotaging myself.
If anybody has any other manifestation tips or any tips on how I can get my momentum back when my mind isn't being as cooperative it'd be appreciated.

Having bipolar is a real struggle. I know a couple of people who suffer with it and their thoughts change rapidly but that does not mean you can't get what you desire. Some of the tips I use are quite simple but very effective Everyday, write out a gratitude list. Write down everything you are grateful for Put at least 10 to 15 things on this list but you can write more. Another thing you could is prepare for going out on a date. Tell yourself you are meeting up with him for real. Take some clothes from your wardrobe/closet make sure they look good on you, they're clean you can even buy new ones if you wanted to, look online for restaurants or bars or anywhere where you're likely to go on your first date, if you're going to the movies, have a look and see what's on. Another thing you can do is imagine yourself telling someone you know that you already went on this date, tell them what happened and how it felt to finally meet up with this guy. Script it. Write a date in the future and then write a journal entry about the date (write in the PAST tense) this will create an image in your mind that it has already happened and you should feel happier and more positive. Still visualize this date whilst scripting it It's a good manifestation tip I hope this helps,

Thanks for the replies, guys. Today was a better day. Going to take the advice on board. I saw his name online a few times today and also heard it mentioned a few times, going to chalk these up as being signs. It feels great being on the right track again.

In my experience, it's not about acting as if, but about feeling as if. If you have bad feelings while thinking about him it's better to change the subject for a while. The universe doesn't forget your desire when you don't think about it and that's something I experienced just a while ago. Something manifested for me that I thought about once 3 years ago and then never again. So don't worry about not focusing enough on your desire. If you add resistance to the equasion by focusing on what you don't want it doesn't help at all. And sometimes, it's not that easy to say if you focus on you desire or the absence of it. But you can tell by the way you feel. The best thing you can always do is focusing on you and reach for the best feeling you can reach from where you are.
