Soo, I haven't been on here for a while. I sort of realised I kept starting the challenge and then giving up quickly and I needed to recalibrate! I took some time out for myself and am now really super focussed on myself. Literally just yesterday and today I found I've been able to think good thoughts about H, I really imagined him being still in love with me deep inside, and little visualisations kind of popped out from that train of thought. I hadn't seen him or heard from him in months.. Today (just now) I had band practice, came out of our room at one point feeling bouncy and happy and there he was along with all his bandmates! Was kinda full on but had little chats/catch ups with all of them and then had a one on one chat with H. We were both really smiley and friendly and hugged and just had a light sorta catch up. Its the first time we've seen each other where it felt positive in a long time. I was the first one to leave the convo as had to get back into practice..feeling quite uplifted as it feels like this shift I've managed to achieve led to this happening tonight. Saw him again as we were leaving too but he was on the phone but we still smiled and he said goodbye. Still get teensy thoughts of 'was he chatting with girl he's seeing on phone' etc but now shifting those thoughts when they come up to end result. I feel like what happened today must have been a direct result of my change in vibes and that's an uplifting feeling..
