I'm going to repost this Abraham quote here, as it helps to explain HOW to be specific if you wish..

There are days when I feel like just going general and focussing on the wonder and beauty around me. And it feels amazing.. If I do this successfully for a day or 2, I find my confidence soaring, my vibration nice and high and everything begins to feel magical. At this stage  I can easily think of my guy with such wonderful energy that is not "needy" and he seems to respond strongly to that kind of energy. But the second I begin to attach myself too much and become conditional or anxious? Yup.. Back to going general 😊 I do have to say that while going general for me is a necessity at times to get me back into the vortex, I do find that my guy responds super fast when I focus my loving, vortexy, NON-yearning energy on him strongly. And it feels soooooooo good to do that sometimes! 😍👏🏼
