I just understood this quote last night and it was completely amazing! I have already manifested contact with the man I want, but I was a bit low for few days and our contact disappeared, which made me really upset and sad. I was looking for some ways to increase my vibration again so I could continue with attracting him. I have done few guided visualizations but still didn't feel in the right place. That was a time I asked the universe for help, to give me some idea to increase my vibration. 
Last night, I was sitting in my room, studying and then I saw a butterfly in my room. It was a big beautiful butterfly. I had to take a photo of it because I just couldn't believe it really was there. I really felt like it was a sign from the universe, a reminder to be happy and appreciate every nice thing in my life. Then I realized I have seen his surname in the TV earlier that day and he really doesn't have common surname. I got really high immediately, I felt like a little child on christmas and it got even better. He texted me just a few minutes later and we had an amazing flirty conversation.
