Re: Day 11 of the 25 day challenge

What you do wrong is you take score too early ("He's still with the new girlfriend") and you stress about it.

LoA isn't about doing something for one day and then look for the evidence of it. It's about intending, then doing something fun and being surprised and delighted about the thing you intended popping up, because you have nearly forgotten it. Your post doesn't sound as if you do the challenge to have fun, but to get something out of it and that does never work. You have the wrong focus. Your focus is on him, but he should be on you and you only. Let's be honest here, most people don't have success with it. I don't know when I read the last success story. It has been months. But one of the main reasons why so many people fail is that people think, when they follow the instructions, it has to happen. But it's not about how much you visualise or meditate. It's about how good you feel in EVERY moment, it's about how much you can enjoy life, it's about forgetting about your desire, because you know that it comes. I'm not such a big fan of this challenges, because people tend to obsess about the guy. I'm in a much healthier place since I gave up on all this processes and I feel that I'm closer to my goal than before. Think about all the people who get an ex back without LoA. Do you think they obsess about them all day? No, they move on and live their life.

Re: Day 11 of the 25 day challenge

Thank you , you gave me just what I needed to hear and it's funny . Usually I visualize about something that has to
Do with him but last night I changed my focus and it feels good not to stress over it .
Also before I knew about LOA we faced a similar challenge and I didn't stress and it all worked.
I actually love the challenge it's fun and rewarding to me but Im too anxious to see results and I compare myself to those who have manifested before me and get sad, I need to work on that as well

This is so true, funny story.... not someone I'm attracting back to date, but someone I was very close friends with, randomly went M I A on me..So in a way, I've been stressing about when we are gonna talk again....the weekend I just passed, I barely thought of it, woke up... and saw they messaged me,Β
