Struggling

Hey everyone. Hope the weekend's been nice. I have this weird work schedule, so I've been off five days, and I'm actually excited to go back to work.

In not-so-great news, I've been kinda struggling staying positive the last few days. I keep performing the actions from the 25 Day Challenge, and really putting my all into those as well as remote seduction, but I have this nagging voice in the back of my head saying I should throw in the towel. I don't want to, and that voice feels wrong, whereas to keep trying feels much better, but it's been a struggle for the first time in a long time.

When you guys have these sorts of doubts, what do you do to work through them? How do you let go of that negativity and become more positive? I could really use your advice.

I meditate. Yesterday I was feeling desperate and I discovered the silva method meditations. They are very good! Try them.

Struggleing in any form always means that you focus on the unwanted. The moment you want to throw in the towel, you are focused on your unwanted now reality. Can you envision to go off the topic for maybe a week? It can help to focus on something else for a while to raise your vibration. You can only loose hope from a low vibration and if you can manage to raise your vibration by looking at a funny dog or watching a movie, you automatically will have different thoughts about other topics, because your vibration is different.

"Self-abandonment. That is the secret. We have to abandon ourselves to the state, in our love for the state, and in so doing live the life of the state and no more our present state. And to make the state alive, one must become it."

Re: Struggling

You made a good point, Sanshi. It did feel like I was focusing on the wrong thing, so I did take some time for myself. I ended up at our alma mater for a few days to attend a football game with my dad. The short road trip refueled my batteries and I feel like I'm in a better vibration. I think day trips and little 'disappearances' are what I need, and I appreciate your suggesting that.
