Hellooo beautiful souls..

Any tips on how I can manifest a call telling me that my appointment has been pushed forward? Its currently set for October but I really want it for this week preferably.. should I just visualize recieving the call & hearing them tell me what I wanna hear? I thought about using Lanies method with this but I don't know what the people look like.. lol
