Physical affects
Does anyone else ever feel anything physical after visualization? For me, my temples and my forehead feel a tingle and a little heavy.
Am I crazy? Anyone else have such things happen to them?

Yes sometimes I get this too. There have been times where when I'm visualizing it feels as if he's with me, right next to me. There are also times where I can smell his cologne even if he's not around.
