How change my bad feelings and thoughts?

I do visualisation , I do rm, meditation,  I did challenge and who known superman game. But still came day ,when I am sad. I am cry and I dont know stop it..  I repeat me that I must positive that I must love yourself and be happy alone and after I can atttact my ex , that I create my reality and that I must move  another parallel reality and that I must feel that my desire reality is right now.but suddenly my mode change and I doubt. Before month I am can be happy and positive and I am attract his message and one night with him.. but he said bad things which do sad me.. I know that for universe is nothing impossible. I know all teory loa. But practice is worse. and when I see that he have a fun with his friends so I  even more sad. Because I am sad because him and he has fun. And I have experience that he wrote me when I was happy too, when I dont post sad picture on facebook, but now I dont know be happy. Or I can but ever come day when I am not..and then I give sad picture and status on facebook and I wait that he will think me and he will to regrete how he to behave to  me and thst he has fun and I have worry..and  I can that this my behavior is bad but I dont control my emotions..: (...and I miss these days when he was with me, when he was so much attentive and he still write me and I was for him amazing and now... it is gone..I can that I am attract this all..  ..sorry for my english again

You aren't sad because of him. You are sad, because your thoughts about him being happy don't resonate with your non-physical part.  
You don't have to feel good all the time. You just have to feel better. When you are in depression, anger can feel wonderful. It can give you big relief. And from anger, you can reach for better feelings. But you can't make the jump from feeling sad to feeling wonderful.

You can't control your emotions, because your emotions are the reaction to your thoughts. So you only have to be aware of your thoughts and slightly change them, if they make you feel bad.

Visualisation and RS don't help, if you feel bad while doing it. The only reason you should do it is to feel good and when it doesn't make you feel good, there is no point in doing it.

You aren't in the place to attract him at all. I know that's not what you want to hear, but I would step back from him for a while. Your sadness will go away naturally after a while. You need time to heal. You first have to be okay with the breakup, be okay with being alone, be okay with where you are right now. Stop fighting against where you are. Stop fighting against your emotions. It just will make all the unwanted bigger and bigger.

If you haven't done any sport in the last ten years, would you expect that you can run a marathon tomorrow? No, of course not. But you can start by first take walks, then start to run short distances and so on. It's the same with emotions. When you are sad, being happy is the marathon. You can't expect to be happy tomorrow. But you can work your way up, day by day, emotion by emotion. LoA isn't a quick fix. It's necessary that YOU change. You have to work on yourself and you have to do it for you and not for him. It will take time and the longer you crave for him the longer it will take to get him back.

But before a month I am know be happy fast because I dont know things which I can now which he says..and I am read superman game how attract ex  in less than one month
And it worked.but I did mistake when I thought that when he wrote me and he go out with me so that he want a relationship..because I think that this game and veronicas 25 days challenge is about attract ex back in relationship in 25 days .it is possible attract his in 25 or 30 days??when I will really happy?or this challenge isnt aboout attract a relationship but about attract his back to my life and a relationship will later?because I think that these challenges are about get ex back in relationship in 30 days.I know tbat I can attract a message from him or phone call or dáte with him in 30days.. but a relationship?

if you stay sad you wont attract what you want. it's really important to be happy. write gratitude lists every day and visualize your greatest desires and REMEMBER you wouldn't get the desire if it wasn't suppose to happen!! so stay focused, be positive and learn to be happy and you will attract whatever you want. do whatever makes you happy it doesn't matter what it is but you must be happy no-one want to be sad. I'm telling you my experience when I started using loa I was sad but I quickly got happy and everyday I visualize, write affirmations and gratitude lists and I do feel so much better and I've attracted things I want including my boyfriend who was my ex things can work, they do work for the best when you apply the right techniques, I really hope you can find your inner happiness and start manifesting your desires I'm sorry to hear about your current situation xx
