I don't think so.
You were together, so attraction was there. Then you repelled the other person with your fears and worries until your vibration was so different from the vibration of a happy relationship with this person that it wasn't possible to maintain the relationship and the person broke up with you. If the desire to be with you would be still active within them, they wouldn't break up.
I like the idea that when I have the desire to be with a person, I only have that desire, because the other person has the same desire at some level, and I think that it is true. But that doesn't mean that the person is aware of it in this moment, because everyone thinks and feels about you in harmony with your vibration. If your vibration is repelling, nobody feels drawn to you. It's like the desire is deactivated. You can reactivate it with your vibration.
