What does your end desire look like? Are you back with your girl? What does it look like. Once you know what it looks like, how would it feel to have that? What would you do then, as opposed to now?
Tap into the feelings and the mindset you'd have if you had your desire NOW. Would you feel more confident? Would you smile more? Most likely you'd be happy, relaxed, and full of love. Once your vibration begins to rise, you'll start seeing things happen. Maybe people from your past - romantic or not - may start coming back into your exsistance. Maybe things you wanted but forgot about are now given to you.

Thank you just the advice that i needed.
No i am not back with my ex due to the fact once things end i am not the type to go back regardless of how i feel,
if it was meant to be relationships would not end.

I meant more of, how would your end look like if your girl was with you. We're all essentially fighting the same battle and its hard to tap into the feelings of already having it when physically they are not here. You want to feel good because when you're feeling good, good things happen to you.
Who knows, you could possibly attract someone else once you tap into those feelings.

Most of what I've read about this is from summaries of Neville Goddard's work. Neville said to imagine a scene that implies (makes you feel) as if your desire is accomplished now. For example, if you want career success, you might imagine your coworkers giving you high fives and telling you good job on the recent promotion. The point is that the scene you imagine should help you feel like your desire is already accomplished. If it's hard to find a scene, than go general and imagine yourself just being happy for no reason since happiness implies all of your biggest desires are fulfilled. It's not just an Abe-Hicks thing, even Neville said to do that.
Personally, I prefer to ask myself what I want to feel out of my desire. For example, if I want to meet and go out with the cute girl in class, I'll ask myself what I want to feel if I went out with her (or someone who is more awesome). I might desire to feel turned on, confident, optimistic, romantic, etc. Sure, I can visualize scenes that make me feel those feelings - visualize dates to feel romantic, visualize me winning at basketball to feel confident. The point is to get into the feeling. But I also like to be more holistic about it and make sure my life as a whole has the right energy to match. If it's romance I'm hoping for, for example, then I'll follow my passions now and fall in love with my life by making it awesome now since my life would feel awesome if I went out with her. It may not be Neville's way but it works for me, like if I want to have a positive, loving date with the girl I like, I can't get there by feeling crappy about myself and hating my life now, the energy doesn't match. So I think of the end and get a sense of the energy I want, and build that energy now - get excited about life, follow my passions, do what makes me feel confident - and in time girls always respond well to that energy because I'm a "vibrational match."
