Thanks I'm great, I have come to realize that breaking up is not a bad thing but good thing, it shows us what flaws we needed to still work on to make the next relationship better.
So it's a blessing in disguise.
That´s a great way to look at things. We can´t recognize the blessings because we are hurt and fearful. BUT as we feel better, we can see the positive sides of a negative situation. In my case:
- I improved the relationship with my mother.
- I started to meditate and now it´s a habit.
- I lost weight. I was in a good shape, but now I look better than ever.
- I´m learning to control my mind and my emotions.
- I´m getting to know and love myself.
- I started tu study the LoA.
- I know now that I´m the creator of my destiny and not a victim.
- I am aware of the positive characteristics my BF has (I was only focused on the negative traits).
- I´m building the relationship I want.
- I´m 100% aware of my responsibility for what happened, and working to make things right this time.
- I´m learning to forgive myself and others.
