So this morning was a rough morning, not really but in away it was, the woman i was seeing called it off
saying she does not see her self with me anymore,
I am a little sad not mad but hurt a little due to me expressing my feelings i guess things happen for a reason,
I know better is coming i know that, i guess no matter how happy you can be or how in love you are with your self or the amounts of visualizing you do things can still not work out,

True i am changing it i still visualize and i changed my story, thanks big blue, your words mean alot thank you i think the one big issue we all have in the beginning is letting go.
In my heart we are not over it is just time and change of story that is needed,
Big wolf what would you recomend that i do?

Do not beat yourself up too hard, I actually feel more capable in motivating others so here it is. Are you buried six feet under rotting away? Are you suffocating under all of that dirt right now? You're alive, aren't you. So celebrate you, with every loss there is a gain.
She says this to you, but what you can take from this is that you still need to work on improving yourself. Building yourself and continuing to be happy. It is never over, you can always get back up. Music carries really good vibrations, so does food and great smelling aromas. You should really look into any type of uplifting method possible.

I have a dog and a cat and thinking about them ALWAYS make me feel good cause they are pure unconditional love.

Not anymore, I used to have my pitbull, he was unconditional love, he would always be there for me. Thank you I will do that

If you have pictures of your dog, look at them and remember all the happy moments you shared with him/her.

Thanks I'm great, I have come to realize that breaking up is not a bad thing but good thing, it shows us what flaws we needed to still work on to make the next relationship better.
So it's a blessing in disguise.
