2 weeks

Gotta be honest, the past month I've been feeling pretty damn good, but its been the past 2 weeks that I've noticed things. My guy contacted me out of the blue on June 20th, but before that I had been living my life, not really on this site much. Mind you, this guy that contacted me is not the initial one I was trying to attract back, but being that I had had told myself if this one ever contact me again, I'd pursue it. So I am. He's just gotten out ofย a relationship and wants to be single for a bit, but I'm not letting that affect my desire to have a relationship with him. BUT, in the last 2 weeks, I've noticed some things:

What I've noticed:
1. I went back onto a dating website, and guys that I had been previously talking to/went on dates with contacted me, asking 'What happened?' or 'Lets rethinks us'. I even had one guy (who we mutually verbalized we weren't a good fit romantically) contact me asking me to forgive him and restart. Nope. I'm not interested, sorry.

2. I went to a coworkers house for a wine night. I hadn't laughed so hard in a long time! Definitely felt good. Also, one of my coworkers friends is actually friends with my guy. Once it came out that I dated said guy, she went, 'OH, you're BIG BLUE? He's been talking about you!' Gah, that made my night.

3. One of my guys friends messaged me on a dating app. He knows I dated his friend, but he still asked me out for a drink. I politely declined.

4. I've had more GREAT days, then bad days. In fact, in the past 2 weeks I cannot pinpoint a time where I felt bad, sad, or any other emotion below content. I've been holding my vibe pretty well, and have been feeling happy/excited/giddy.

Here is what I need to work on

1. I want to maintain this vibe, and not have to think about my guy to bring them about. I like feeling this way -- its amazing! Also, how to get my vibe up on notch so that I am 100% vibrational match.

2. I still have some resistance. My guy is on a dating site (the same one I'm on right now), and I've ignored the fact that he's on there. Thoughts of 'what if he finds someone' have creeped in, but I am doing my best to get rid of them.

3. I NEED TO ALLOW. Damn, I am an over thinker by nature. I need to relax. Yeah, my guy hasn't reached out to me in 2 weeks.. OKAY CHILL GIRL.

4. FOCUS. I need to make sure I am clear on what exactly I want. I have tapped into the feelings of being with him, now its giving the universe a clear image of what its going to look like. Also, I need to do this for anything else I desire.

Any input? I'd love to hear some feedback. I am going to continue this vibe train, and see where it takes me!

I don't have much input to give, but I like your new vibe.

And I like especially point 1 in the second section. I think that is the most important point (and it's good that you put it at first). Your happiness is the most important thing and should come before any guy - the guy will fallow when you are genuinely happy.

Thank you, Sanshi. Right now I'm really trying to raise my vibration even higher, and get rid of the last bit of resistance! Crazy to see these things happen in two weeks.

I saw a video from Teal Swan about allowing and she says that people often see allowing as just relaxing and surrender. But she says that allowing is really pure positive focus - deliberately choosing thoughts, words, and actions that make you feel closer to your desires. In this case, allowing and positive focus are one and the same.

I'm not sure on this, I always thought allowing was the state of knowing after you've felt your desired reality to be real for long enough. Once you "know" that your desire is real for you, then you can relax - that's how I used to think about it. Or maybe it's all the same - all of it leads to a sense of knowing.

You may remember moments in your life like I do when you focused so much on something but then when you move on or focus on something else, the desire manifests. Why does this happen? Do we focus on what we want continuously or does there come a point when we have to relax about it and "move on"? I think our feelings will tell us. But there was an interesting Abe video about how we can find the vibration of having what we want by ignoring what we want and focusing on any other subject that feels good. As a result, our vibration rises so our perspective on what we desired changes as well to meet that vibration. I suppose that's why when we feel positive after watching a good movie or having a good workout, it's easier to find solutions for the problems we once had or to find a new, more positive perspective on it. The biggest thing I get from this is that's it's OK to relax about our desires sometimes as long as we maintain our pure positive focus on other things as well, and that will give us extra energy to keep the positive focus on what we want as well which will help us keep an overall high vibration and open up intuition, gut feelings, and inspired action too.
