How can i be in alignment ? The negative thoughts and her treatment in the past and her new boyfriend are taking me out of alignment.I know that my alignment will trump everything but still i am struggling. I am trying to not think of her in the past but i am failing to do so. I know past dosnt matter but i am not being able to apply it.
Every morning i try to be happy the whole day but somehow after i come back from the gym or after the lunch i get out of the positive and get into a negative zone. Right now i am not doing visualization as i know first i have to get my alignment and then anything is possible.
CAn you give me a detailed advice please

Is there any process using which i can feel better than my last thought. Like anything using which i can climb this emotional ladder one step at a time. Like at each step i feel better than the last one. Is there any Method(practical)

I'll chime in with Energy EFT or simply EFT, I have used this to move up the emotional ladder and I used it last week to soften resistance.Β You can do it for yourself and your lover at the same if that is your intention.Β I felt a shift after it.Β But, I only used it once during the whole time I've been here using all the other exercises.Β I find affirmations and feeling gratitude and meditating to start my day is reallly helpful, sets me off on the right foot for my day, with the expectation that I am going to have a great day.Β Feeling good gets easier the more you practise it. There are mindfulness courses as well that help you to detach from negative thinking as well.Β So, stilling the mind and becoming more aware of how you feel throughout the day is really helpful so that you can take action to 'balance' yourself all the time, e.g if you notice you feel stressed, take time out, go for a walk, excuse yourself from company, go play with your pets, you get the idea.Β Be kind and good to yourself.Β Treat yourself like you are caring for a child.Β Soothe yourself through any unwanted emotions.Β Ask Source to help you release the past or any negativite emotions, use ho'opononono to dissolve them too by saying 'I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you'Β and if you do visualise, engage your feelings to make it more enjoyable and increase the 'feel good' emotions.
