And how I give a new role him? When I will imagine his good version and scripting a relationship I want with him and imagine behavior which I want from him etc?

I seem to strugle with forgeting the past and forgiving myself my mistakes.
Any help on how I can do that?

The way I've started to forgive myself is come to terms with the past, can't change it but I can learn from it. Also using Neville Goddard's revision technique, if you're troubled by a bad memory re-write it with a better end it and accept that version of events! Β
