I want to start over and do it right. Do it more for myself this time and be honest about what i'm feeling. can you guys give me advice on how to start? it'd be greatly appreciated c:

It's hard to tell you where to start, because you know best what resonates the most with you at the moment. We don't know where you stand right now and where your vibration is. You can for example dig deeper into LoA, start new activities you enjoy, work on loving yourself more, work on monitoring your thoughts.

we are in contact at the moment
a lot of stuff has happened between us but he still ends up telling me that he wants to be just friends and that has gotten me pretty down. I also found out he is still in contact with his ex and it bummed me out. I feel like currently my vibration is very very low. i feel desperation, anger, and sadness. to feel better i have been watching makeup videos on youtube and hanging out with ny best friend

When I think I'm off I don't start over I just forgive myself and visually see me brushing off dust and helping me up. Write 5 good things about me and move through them.
Forcing yourself to do at least one thing new and taking the same amount of time to get motivated by listening to a YouTube inspiration video or reading versus the amount of time feeling bad helps big time.
And when all else fails I call a 24/7 prayer line to help me PUSH.

thank you for the advice! You're right i dont have to start over I'll just continue on with ny journey. I have learned to accept what i am feeling as it is there to help me grow.
