I am just wondering what would ye suggest as a rough daily plan for the 25 day challenge? How to go about visualizations,times etc. .How many times per day?,do ye change up what you visualize? What affrimations do ye use? Do ye meditate? Use vision boards?gratitude diaries? Yoga? Have ye any youtube video suggestions?
What do ye think reallly works as a plan and how do ye keep yerselves in a high vibratiob?

There is no schedule that works in every case. All these things are tools to raise your vibration. You can visualise for 5 hours, if you feel bad while doing it/don't enjoy it/don't feel the feeling of the relationship, it serves no purpose. If you think the other hours of the day about why your relationship hasn't worked out, you waste your time, because you are canceling out the energy of your visualisation. It's not about any technique, it's about the vibration you are emitting.
You can raise your vibration by doing things you like, being in nature, not thinking about the past and focusing on things you like instead of observing what's around.

Lol you sound so much like me.
I like to have everything in schedule, in order, planned.
I learned to let go of all the orderliness regarding LoA for almost a month now (21 day to be exact), and it feels good.
I meditate 2-3 times a day, since i have a hectic daily schedule sometimes i only meditate once. Visualizing for 1-2 hours, sometimes more, i even visualizing when i'm in the bus, having lunch, watching tv.

Yes I am soooo like that. lol . I am finished college so I have plenty of time but would like to structure it a bit better and do the right things to manifest quickly and easily

I am also losing weight,doing slimfast and hillwalking Starting zumba tonight and
Going to a personal trainer so I will be like new π

Hello
I like to meditate when I get up in the morning although sometimes, I might visualise/RS whilst I am still in bed.Β Or I might just start an inner dialogue of gratitude by saying 'thank you' over and over.
I like to do affirmations after my meditation and get into the feeeling of them, and this makes me feel good, raises my vibe.Β I might script a bit and read it out loud afterwards and get into the feeling of it again.
These are my staples, hahaΒ but sometimes I might not get round to any of them and that's ok too.Β I just do whatever takes my fancy.Β As Sanshi said as well, focussing on what brings you pleasure during the day, taking time for yourself, appreciating yourself, being in good company, laughing etc.
