Thank you! So, if we emit a loving vibration everytime we think of them, they will respond to that and be 'drawn' to us because it feels good?
Focus not on the person but on the relationship. They will just have the idea to contact you or will miss you or whatever. A while ago, I manifested a text from an ex from years ago. He thought it was his idea to contact me, but I knew better.

Do you mean focus on the relationship with them, the two of you together and what that looks/feels like? Lanie and Veronica seem to say focus on the person?

The feeling of the relationship with them. I don't think that Veronica is saying something else. And Lanie's technique is Nevilles technique and Neville says that we should focused on the wish fulfilled. And you don't wish for the person, but for the relationship with the person.

Ah yeah, thank you for the clarification Sanshi. I see what you mean, how it feels being in relationship with that person and all the positive aspects of that. But, you're still including the person, seeing the two of you together, interacting etc. I think there definately seems to be more of a focus on the person with Veronica and Lanies methods. Seeing them, having them say stuff to you that you want to hear etc. RS which obviously has to include them, right? lol

You can think a thought without feeling and nothing will happen. The feeling is what manifests. So it's not about visualisation. That's just a tool to get the feeling of the relationship. Of course you feel the relationship WITH the person. Visualisation and RS (what's just another form of visualisation) raises your vibration to the frequency you need to attract that relationship. A visualisation without feeling is worthless. But you can have the feeling without the visualisation and it will still manifest.

Honestly, I've listened to a lot of Abraham. I've never heard her say that in all certainty that you can attract a specific person. Someone will ask her if it's possible and she'll say yes but there's always a but following that. For example...she'll say be more general, you want the essence of that person...possibly someone better. Well I want my man not just his essence. That to me is like saying no dear, he might not come back so be prepared.
I've also heard her say pretty much all the time...raise your vibration and get into your vortex and you won't even notice he's not there. You may not even care if he doesn't show up. I really don't believe that Abraham thinks it's absolutely possible. If I'm wrong I'd love to hear her say it in all certainty.
As far as the vibration issue, I wonder about that myself. Like just because I'm all happy and doing great, if he's decided that he's done, why would he care? I've had mostly every ex come back to me apologizing and wanting me back but I could care less. If they were in the best vibes of their lives, I could still care less because I was done. That's what makes me wonder about that.
The more I learn about loa, the more confusing it is for me. Or maybe I just believe in some aspects and not so much in others. I'm at the point where I've just stated my desire and I believe that it's possible. I visualize naturally and I'm happy and feeling good because I should anyway.
Yes, it's true that a "but" always follows. That confused and discouraged me as well in the beginning, but if Abraham is real (if it's fake than we don't have to listen to Esther's opinion anyway) then they respond to the vibration of the people who are asking the question. And most people (you just have to look around here) who wanting their ex back are far from the vibration of really getting him. So it would be much easier for them to attract someone new. I think that's the reason that a but always follows. Like they said, it depends on how much you believe it.
It's not that just feeling good attract them back. It's the intention to have that relationship, feel it and not contradict it with bad feelings or thoughts. You don't know what the ex you are completely done with thinks about you, right? If he would like to have you back, but thinks you wouldn't ever come back to him, you wouldn't feel the urge. But let's say he hears about LoA and changes his thoughts. How can you know that you wouldn't feel an attraction towards him? [That's not the model of reality I believe in btw. It holds way too much contradictions. I prefer thinking in parallel realities, that makes everything much easier.]

Thank you Sanshi, that's great, i appreciate the clarity, I'm a bit tired tonight so I know I've probably asked you to go over some basic stuff.

Interesting video!!! yeah, she's kinda saying to extract what was good about the relationship, the essence of it or of 'that' one and then be open to attracting someone else. But, not that it's impossible either for the SAME one to show up as you focus on the positive aspects of that relationship. I guess it depends on if your desires have changed significently or are still basically the same. Interesting.

They say clearly that it is possible to attract a specific person if you can believe it. It just goes under a bit, because it's only the first sentence on the topic.
