Ya know, I'm just trying my best, to be the best me that I can possibly be. I'm done trying to live up to other people's standards as to whether or not it's "good enough". No! No more! I am so proud of myself for all of the insane progress I have made in just a short amount of time. I've taught myself that I MATTER! ME! I've taught myself to love me, to cherish me, to be my own best friend! And honestly, I'm really not sure what else anyone could ask for. I've decided that I will no longer look to ANY outside circumstance to define MY happiness! My happiness is of utter importance to me, and besides, without me being happy with me.. I have nothing to offer anyone anyway. I'm just now getting to know this new me, and I'm eager to develop even more so into an even better version. Not for anyone else, not for a pat on the back, but for me! I have stood beside me through every up and down, through every trial, every celebration.. I've stood by me every step of the way... And for that, I deserve nothing less than to give the very best I can give to ME! ❤️
