Re: Dating others

I'm just gonna leave this alone. You create your reality, and I get to create mine! How great is that!  I'm not interested in going tit-for-tat comparing apples to oranges!

Oh but guilty? No my dear.. I'm just not interested!

Re: Dating others

It's not tit-for-tat, it was a simple question on wether you would apply that same principle in other areas of your life in regards to staying true to your desire?

Re: Dating others

I think the reality is a lot of people are SCARED of moving on. They're scared of moving on because they're scared of meeting someone new, someone BETTER. How insane is that! Or they're scared that their ex will find out and be pissed and not want to come back. Well guess what, this is the loa! Don't hold onto the outcome with your ex, move the **** on and not give a ****. It's basically the WHOLE principle of the loa. Literally the best thing anyone can do to get their ex back is not give a **** about wether he's gonna come back or not. Guarantee if you can do that then you're ballin'! You might even end up with having a choice between your ex or some other handsome dude you went on a date with who is 10 times better than your ex ever could be. Imagine that!

I guess it would depend on if I felt I needed just ANY car while I still had my eyes set on my new range! Obviously I may still need a way to get around, to and from work etc. that is unless I was content with taking a taxi or asking friends for a ride in the meantime. However as far as my guy goes, I don't feel I need something to hold me over! I can live and love myself. I can do nice things for myself, take myself out, treat myself well. I don't need a temporary "fix" to fill a void! I will fill my own void!

I don't think you and I are going to find an agreement on the said subject!! We all get to create our own truths, that's what makes LOA so facinating!

No, no, I get that! I really do. You shouldn't rely on ANYBODY to "fill a void" or make you happy.

I'm just reminded of a girl on another forum, she spent 5 YEARS trying to manifest her ex back. 5 YEARS! She wasn't successful, because she was so hellbent on having him back and was so attached. She lost 5 years to a dude who she couldn't attract back. My point is. don't just not date out of fear. I'm not saying that's everybodies reasoning at all. But if you hold back out of fear it will **** up your manifestation, you will fail anyway.

The best advice I got was "stop giving a **** about giving a ****" and guess what, I stopped giving a **** and got my last ex back even though he was already with another girl, lol. It's like, if you KNOW he's gonna come back, why do you need to give a **** anyway? You don't. So move on haha

Re: Dating others

5 years? That's insane. How can someone possibly hold on to a guy so long? Sounds needy as hell..

"Self-abandonment. That is the secret. We have to abandon ourselves to the state, in our love for the state, and in so doing live the life of the state and no more our present state. And to make the state alive, one must become it."

Jeez I hope she is here for different reasons now. That was like 2 years ago so it'd be even longer now. No ex is worth stealing that amount of time from you lol

Re: Dating others

Well making fun of this girl probably isn't helping.. I think we should be encouraging everyone on their journey, regardless if the time factor is to our liking or not
