I mean I would understand if we had only split up 2-3 months ago. But it's been a year and a half.
Since it has already been a year and a half, why not try something different? I made the suggestion on another thread about dating other guys and you said it went against your beliefs. Okay, that's fine. But how about you hanging out more with other people? Do some traveling if you can. Volunteer work is good. Pick up a new hobby. Do something that you have always wanted to do but put on hold. Put the guy off your mind for a few months. Then see how you feel about manifesting him back into your life then.

Thanks for your reply! Yah, I don't really believe nor think me dating other guys has anything to do with it.
And yes, I've been doing other things, hanging with family and friends more often, getting outdoors bicycling, hiking, just doing things for the sake of having fun! So I'm definitely already doing other things than just sitting around thinking about him. And im 100% certain my desire for a renewed relationship with him is always going to hold true! He's not just some fling I had.. He's the man I want to spend my life with

I will say tho, I don't have a desire to date other guys. I just don't. If I did I assure you I would have no issue finding a date! There definitely is no shortage in the guys that would love to take me out. But.. I just have no desire for that. I know exactly what I want, and I see it as unfair to me or other guys to just "play around" when there is no interest coming from me

This is fine because you are doing what's right for you βΊ
Thanks Pixel! Sometimes I think that none understands.. But I know that isn't true! It just get aggravating being told to " date, date, date other guys" .. You're right, I'm doing what is right for me, and atm dating other guys just doesn't feel right

I'm kinda unsure what you're getting at?? It almost seems as though you are mocking my statement as to the time that has passed. Than again, that is my perception.

Have I mastered this whole LOA .. Heck no. Am I getting better? Yes. I am getting better. Cherished of all forum members can vouche for the difference that has took place in me in just the past 6 months. But in response to your "date other guys" that you so often want to make me feel like is a must.. Dating other guys holds a lot of resistance for me. And I'm trying to take the path of least resistance. Will that change? Idk .. But for now the path of least resistance for me is loving myself and being happy without someone. Do I want my guy.. Absolutely. But I want to be happy with me, for me and about me. Bc then I can give my guy the real ME. Not some insecure little girl that always has to have attention to feel good

Maybe I got your wrong (then ignore what I'm saying) but I think we should help everyone here to realise their desire (until they destroy their own mental health with it, and I don't think that's the case here) and not convince them to give up. Who cares how long it has been? If she wants him, she can have him. She just has to stop doubting.

Do what feels right to you, do what makes you feel good. When you stay in this vibe long enough your doubts begin to deminish. But remember to do it for YOU! π
