I have not been able to find the post that discusses using LOA for weight loss. I was wondering if anyone had success using this technique and if they did how did you do it?

Oh no, that cannot be right. It had a lot of great information on how the weight is not always physical, but spiritual too. That it is all in your mind and once you train your mind to think you are skinny, you will begin to lose weight. As well as eat what makes you feel good and happy and do workouts that you can stay dedicated to. What country are you from?

I actually lost 7-8 pounds after our 'temporary break' (just like to call it temporary because...you know...it's temporary lol)
and that was before I even rediscovered LoA,
I was having the mindset like "oh fuxx it, I'm gonna work on self-improvement so he knows how FUXXING GORGEOUS AND SEXY I AM"
I started jogging 4-5 times a week, and working out from time to time.
then, I lost 7-8 pounds lol and I'm keeping it at that weight now too.
oh oh Tizme, I also heard that saying it in the mirror like "I am skinny, I am beautiful" like 10 times a day or something would help too lol you can try that.
PS: I also do pole dancing HAHA and it helps I guess

I think a very important thing is to love your body NOW. I observed in my own case that I haven't lost a bit until I said to my body: "Okay, I don't care. I accept you how you are." and that was the moment I started to lose weight.

The reason is because from the video I watched she explained how not all of our weight was physical, it was our body holding onto emotional 'needs'. So when we began to accept our bodies email began to let go of those unnecessary needs.
