I came across this video at the beginning of my journey and I completely agree with you - this is a very powerful meditation! My love hadn't spoken to me in 2 weeks and after doing this meditation (along with keeping a high vibration) I received an apology card with a heartfelt beautiful message from him! 

This really gets you in the state of feeling the love and appreciation 

Ohhh, I haven't watched this yet, but I was doing my own heart meditation with my love a couple of weeks ago for around a week and had an amazing healing experience where I was blissed out for a bit and couldn't stop laughing out loud.  All his health symtoms (heart related) seemed to magically improve as well at the time.

Oooh, that was lovely.  When I was doing my own heart meditation, I pictured my love sitting opposite me whilst we both had one hand on our own hearts whilst holding hands with our other hand.  And then, just sit there smiling at each other, and say 'thank you' and 'i love you' and have them say it back.  So, it's a little variation on the technique that Veronica and Lanie recommend.   I think this meditation really does work wonders for instilling the heart connection with your love.  When you meet up with them, you will feel it, something will have changed/shifted for you both.

Awwww, thank you Piggy!! I have a background in energy healing with animals and people.  And so these kind of techniques aren't that different to say, something like reiki or prayers.  It's the 'intention' and 'focus' that are key and the feeling of 'love'.  It's all in quantum physics if you want to really get into it.  When you realise that thought is just vibration and that fundamentally we are vibrational beings.  we are all connected.  Of course we can pick up the thoughts or feelings of others.  Have you ever had your love say something you were thinking about or just about to say.  When we're close to someone, we are almost telepathic.  So yes, they must 'know' it and 'receive' our loving intentions/creative visualisations and respond.  Just like when we ask the universe for something.  It's all amazing stuff and why I love this forum so much because so many others are talking about this!!!!

yeah you're right, we'll all connected by the universe, and for sure they can pick up our 'thought's and 'feelings', I never doubted it! I really think he feels everything that I'm sending!
