Thought it was easier for me to set up my gratitude journal on the forum than actually writing it in my
Journal, as I always forget. Since Im always reading he forum, it just made since to do it here.

Quite similar to the 28 day challenge going on but this is simply just gratitude lists.

I am so grateful for:

-the free hot choco I got this morning
- the delicious lunch I had at work
-the clients that I have booked in for tonight
-getting a seat on thw train this morning
-having a lovely time at my friends house yesterday, whose getting married on Sat
-having an amazing and close relationship with my sister
-the friendly relationship I have with my sister's boyfriend. Love the banter
-all the luxuries I own
-having my dream car, that I always wanted as a child
-the house I live in
-everything my mum has done for me
-seeing my love, Vee today 😍

Im so grateful for:
-the amazing wedding week I have had for my friends wedding
-the brides family treating me like a daughter too
-being her bridesmaid
-all the compliments I got
-my sister being so helpful
-my mum dropping me to the brides house at 6.40am yesterday
-for all my reliable clients
-for my business
-for everyone making an effort with me at the wedding
-for the holiday I have booked for this week

Today I am so grateful for:

- applying for my counselling placements
-starting my counselling diploma in a few weeks
-picking up my outfit from the tailor that my friend brought for me for her wedding
-my friends mum phoning me yesterday and inviting me over to see the bride as she was visiting her family (a part of my culture)
-spending time yesterday with my friend who just got married
-the lovely messages my friend sent me after her wedding
-the brides bro helping me carry stuff to my car yesterday
-the lovely dinner i had at my friends house yesterday
-the wedding cake I had yesterday as I didnt get to have any at the wedding
-having a nap today
-the clients i saw today
-the delicious food my mum made today
-my friends bro messaging me today, which made me laugh
-for my family saving me some takeaway pizza yesterday

Today Im so grateful for:

-my client coming earlier than expected
-having a nap before my client
-my mum picking me up from the station
-having a chilling day at work
-my friend calling me from her honeymoon
-my friends mum messaging me
-the groom giving us bridesmaids money (cultural thing)
-receiving positive signs from the universe
-this forum
-all the tips and advice given by everyone on this forum
-Veronica's videos
-my bed, that im lying in right now

Today Im so grateful for:

-the training day I had today
-LOA being managed at the business training day
-all the clients I saw today
-the currency exchange being sorted
-packing
-the amazing dreams I have of my love
-my mum giving me some spending money for holiday
-going on holiday to Malta tomorrow 👙
-the lovely lunch I had at the training day
-for 2 old clients returning today

Today I am so grateful for:

-my holiday to Malta which was beautiful
-my visit to Gozo and Blue Lagoon
-being invited to my friends wedding henna party last night
-getting heena on both my hands yesterday
-the lovely food i had at the party yesterday
-being complimented on my outfit and hair yesterday
-finishing work early yesterday
-the 3 new clients i have booked in for today
-the busy day with clients tomorrow
-the lovely tan i got from holiday
-the sunny weather in Malta
-the lovely advice I get from everyone in the forum 😊

Today I am so happy and grateful for:

-the relaxing bubble bath I had
-splashing cold water on my face in the bath, which felt amazing as it woke me up and was refreshing
-my friend phoning me this morning and having a quick catchup
-feeling so welcome at my friends house even when you was away on honeymoon
-pampering myself this morning with a face mask etc
-being healthy for the past 3 days now
-my old clients returning back to me
-all the clients i have booked in last night till 10pm
-feeling so happy and positive today
-for constantly smiling today
-feeling so good
-my business
-everything going so well
-this LOA forum
-reading the spiritual posts from my fam friend on FB
-booking myself on a LOA workshop day, which I am so excited about. Has anazing reviews

I am truly grateful for finding the bottle that Vee gave me as a birthday present last Oct!! I am so happy I found it! 😊 Im sure I will enjoy sharing it with him 😍
