Hey everyone.
I am looking for some help with phrases to use while tapping. I am not sure what to say during my tapping sessions. I have discovered some limiting beliefs with feelings as strong as 7 on 1-10 scale. This is not acceptable to me so I am going to tap them away. Here are the limiting beliefs/fears:
1. There are no "good girls" out there that im physically attracted to that are attracted to me. I seem to be attracting girls who are not physically attractive in my eyes.
2. I'll never get a better job than what I have right now. I feel like I have reached the pinnacle of my career in the oilfield. I want better pay and a higher up position with more time home but I dont see it happening.
3. I am struggling with "being shallow". I have been perceived as shallow because I reject ugly/overweight/full of baggage girls. Am I not allowed to have exactly what I want? I am feeling shamed and blamed for not settling. I dont want to settle! I want the best! I deserve the best but I am feeling like I cant have the best.
These are just a few I have discovered lately. Shouldnt take too long to tap them away, I just need some phrases to repeat while I tap. Anyone familiar with how to say things during tapping to eliminate this crap?

Hi Craig,
From a quick overview of what you're saying, though you've done the work to get forward there mint be a few things that you're still subconsciously harboring :
- deserving ? In the issue with others va,I dating what you want for yourself and feeling shamed, a part of you might feel like you can't really have what you want not because it's not available but you 'can't attract it'- so you might want to tap on that
- underlying desire to controls what and when things happen might be opportunity for resistance as well

-and the feeling that you're not supported by others in achieving what you want
I find Brad Yates channel really good for specific issues and have cleared quite a lot just fol
lowing him - here is the bulk of his emotional well being videos where you might find what you need :

Tapping is great, but for me I always forget where I have to tap lol. So many people have used it successfully to clean up beliefs though. Have you ever taken these limiting beliefs and done focus wheels or EGS work with them? Something that I use successfully is to write out my belief. Then I make my way just one step up the EGS on it. So eg.
"I'll never get a better job." That's your starting point. Can you ease up on that just a tiny bit? Like
"I'm pretty young, and I have a great skill set. So it makes more sense that YES, I COULD get a better job."
See? It's not that much of a stretch, but it is better than "nope, no job for me ever!"
If you can pivot just a little bit, you actually sneak right up on your subconscious.. And soon you will actually be comfortable in that new emotional place on the scale.. You can actually move from despair to belief in a really short amount of time. And LOA will reflect that change very quickly.
