I've been doing the 25 day challenge but I've also been using Lanie's method of meditating and connecting with the person's subconscious. Many times after I visualize or meditate I feel this immense sadness wash over me. I've been doing a lot for myself and am genuinely happy otherwise. However, every time I do my visualizations I can't help but feel super sad for no apparent reason. An hour or so later, I'm back to normal! I remember reading some testimonies where people had said they felt extremely sad all of a sudden and then in a few days their ex contacted them saying they missed them and were sad without them. So do you think it's possible to tap into someone else's emotions or feel what they are feeling?? I'm so confused as to why this is happening!Β

It's extremely confusing and I'm trying to understand mine for myself. During my meditation yesterday I cried a little bit. I think we might be feeling the rush of emotions because our heart chakras are being opened up. Β The crying I did is similar to when I was big into yoga, doing it almost every day (i need to get back into it..but i only like HOT yoga!) and at the end of a class, I'd lay there on my mat and just start to cry. But I wasn't sad at all.Β
I do think that with these meditations it is very possible to tap into the other person's emotions because we're connecting the two hearts together in the process.

People, please, stop searching outside for evidence. Do the vibrational work and you will see your evidence. Searching for it doesn't help at all.

Yes, it's possible with Lanie's technique. It creates a strong connection between the two of you. I wouldn't analyze the emotion. Just carry on and tend to your vibe.
