How to get out of the 'physical' and stay in your head?

I've noticed that when I look to how "my world" is here, and now, she's not with me, she's distant, doesn't like me at all, etc., but when I'm in my head, I imagine us together and everything is great...

How do I stop flowing back into the "physical world"? It just brings down my vibe and I hate it. It makes me know how things are now, and makes me sad. She's not talking to me, she's not with me, she hates me, she's distant, she doesn't even seem to care, etc.

How do I 'stick' to staying in my mind, where things are great and keep my vibe up?

Re: How to get out of the 'physical' and stay in your head?

I haven't find the perfect way to go about this yet but for me it helps to think in two different realities. There is the (now) physical reality on one hand and the vibrational on the other. I can choose on which one I set my focus. I know that the now vibrational reality will be the physical reality one day and it feels better to focus on it, so I do that. I don't really like when people say you should ignore reality because I can't ignore it when I see it every day. For me it is more to know that it is not real, that it is not stable and that it has no value to focus on the physical anymore. Don't be interested so much in your physical reality as long as you don't love it.

The first step is acceptance. When you accept where you are with no judgement no disappointment you are ready to change your reality.

When you look out at your current day life you have to acknowledge it as a phase that you are going through to get to what you want. You don't place judgment on your here and now because that shows lack of gratitude.

Practicing gratitude is a powerful tool because it tunes you into the a stream of consciousness that's makes you aware of your life as it is and brings you closer to acceptance.

I think when people say ignore your reality there is a misunderstanding in what it means. It's not that you need to go around being delusional and acting as if you are in another time space reality. It's that when you look at your current life you do not take  what you see as confirmation or validation of what you don't want or as a fixed state of your life to come. Accept that you are in a transient period and you are moving forward to what's desired.

It's not that you need to stop flowing into your physical reality.

You need to stop looking at your physical reality and seeing doom and gloom. You need to change your perception of your current reality.

Learn stillness, acceptance and awareness. They will be the powerful tools that will keep you steady through any unwanted period in life.

That's brilliant!

Re: How to get out of the 'physical' and stay in your head?

Totally agree with Oasiscalm. In order to reach the state where you can be a good manifester (creating stuff you want on purpose without creating stuff you do or do not want by 'accident' ) you need to achieve an inner peace. You don't really need to be over the top positive, but you do need to create a balance inside of you. You need to get to a place where you are uneffected by the condition that she 'hates you' or 'doesn't seem to care'. Also, you need to start gaining awareness of how people feel, because you seem to have a lack of understanding about your own emotions and hers. She can't 'hate you' but also 'not care' because if she hates you, then subsequently, she cares, if she doesn't care-she can't hate you. Maybe there were times where you misread her emotions during your relationship? Did she ever get frustrated at you for not understanding her properly? These are things you also have to look at.
